Yoga can be used to guide our evolution towards an advanced practice as a foundation for confidence - both in their mind and body. This conviction can bleed into other areas of life, including into relationships, sense of self worth, body confidence, work life, and the overall ability to tackle challenges that lie ahead.
The Dedicated Yogi is focused on using yoga to expand, push, and develop their practice with challenging postures. Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and hot yoga are regularly featured in their practice, with Yin used to dive deeper into their postures and recover from more challenging sessions.
One practice at a time, The Dedicated Yogi revels in the journey that comes alongside pursuing reaching new heights both on and off the mat.
